Course Description

In our postnatal exercise class, we will support you in specifically strengthening and rebuilding the muscle groups that have changed during pregnancy. Your body has achieved great things during the 40 weeks of pregnancy and now needs sensitive and effective training for regeneration. Our course focuses on strengthening your pelvic floor as well as your abdominal and back muscles to accompany you on your path to physical recovery and well-being.

You can start the postnatal exercise program 6-8 weeks after birth; after a cesarean section, we recommend 8-10 weeks.

You are of course welcome to bring your baby to the class, but experience has shown that you will get more out of the exercises if you have childcare available. Babies are not included in the exercises in our midwifery program.
