Course description

In midwifery, we attach great importance to preparing you in the best possible way for the birth and the time afterwards together with our external course instructors. The course is designed to give you confidence and strengthen your intuition.

Course content

Pregnancy: Physical changes, pregnancy symptoms, birth preparation
Birth: Birth process, positions, phases, contractions, practical exercises, breathing
Postpartum: Daily routine, postnatal care, infant care, milk production, breastfeeding
