About this course

The pelvic floor, in coordination with your core, forms the natural powerhouse of your body, essential for overall stability and function. It is a remarkably versatile group of muscles responsible for various crucial actions, including lifting, supporting, opening and closing through sphincters, and providing stability to the entire body.

Maintaining the health and strength of these muscles is vital, particularly after pregnancy when the pelvic floor may be weakened. By actively engaging in targeted exercises, you can prevent potential issues and support your body’s recovery. This baby-friendly course, conducted in English, is specifically designed to guide you in strengthening not only your pelvic floor but also your lower back and abdominal muscles during the postpartum period.   • This is a certified pervention course and is under §20 SGB V approved. A portion of the cost can be deducted from your health insurance.
